I showed up 5 minutes early for my first visit, the door was open so I walked to see what to do. Some employee said they were not open and I had to leave. Service writers are independent and don’t support each other. Ours was way overworked compared to the others. Multipoint sheet was not provide or written up. Communication was non existent from the service writer while others were in and out arriving after me and leaving before me. No status or acknowledgment was provided even after promised. Tech also seemed to be loading. Good chance I won’t be returning here. More
