On August 3, 2026, I called Patti Ostergaard to advise that my 2026 JEEP Cherokee Laredo was in my garage with no power and a possible dead battery. She provided the number for Roadside Assistance; and J that my 2026 JEEP Cherokee Laredo was in my garage with no power and a possible dead battery. She provided the number for Roadside Assistance; and Jerome, Jacket USA, arrived to jump start my vehicle. I drove the vehicle to Palmen; and Patti checked me in. The issue was found; and a brand new battery was installed. The work was covered under warranty. The level of excellent customer service from Patti was above and beyond.
