Took them 3 and half hours to change my oil and headlight .. the service guy who helped me was super nice I know it’s not his fault .. it’s more on the mechanics .. but to have a scheduled appointment .. and .. the service guy who helped me was super nice I know it’s not his fault .. it’s more on the mechanics .. but to have a scheduled appointment .. and to wait while they do the service thinking it wouldn’t take that long was really frustrating. Especially cause my phone died after 3 hours ! I don’t think the little $10 off my service for the wait was really enough when it cost over $100 to get my headlight changed .. I also own another vehicle that I take to a dealership on the north side of Milwaukee cause their service is so good! They are realistic with their time frame on how long things take, they also wash my car every single time I’m there, also I never need an appointment for an oil change. I just go there and they get me in and out in an hour. . Palmen did wash my truck this last time I was there but I think it was more less cause they weren’t that busy. I’ve been disappointed the last several times I’ve been here. Update : Palmen has reached out to me in regards to this review to make things right which I truly appreciate. I will update again after my next service or write a new review on my experience. More

I’ve already spoken with the manager on this issue. However, in short, communication and follow up was horrible from start to finish. It took almost 2 months to complete.
