This has always been my go to dealership to buy my car and have it serviced. I even purchased a platinum extended warranty from Mopar. Oil change on Grand Cherokee took almost an hour and was too expensive. I told Todd I did not need tire rotation but he said it was part of the package price of $148 The next day I called Service Mgr Shell too expensive.
