Disappointed Went in for regular service on my RAM oil change,fuel filters, tire rotation and spent around $500. When I went to pick it up I noticed right away the Went in for regular service on my RAM oil change,fuel filters, tire rotation and spent around $500. When I went to pick it up I noticed right away they didn’t wash it! Every dealership I’ve been too for service it seems to be a courtesy that they do. A little disappointing. When I went to start it for the first time at the dealership it had a hard time starting. The technician said that it must have needed to be primed the first time after changing the fuel filters. It was sitting outside when I picked it up so I would assume they started it to drive it out of the service bay. It just seems a little strange to me. Probably be looking for a different place to take it next time. More
