Best Experience, Couldn't have asked for more! This dealership was my fifth visit and quite the road trip from our home in Rockford, IL. My fiancé and I were tired of the games and back and forth This dealership was my fifth visit and quite the road trip from our home in Rockford, IL. My fiancé and I were tired of the games and back and forth negotiating of other dealers and Chuck and the rest of the team at Palmen Dodge made the process amazing. When we arrived the car we were interested in was pulled up at the entrance, warmed up and ready to take on a test drive (keep in mind the last time I called ahead to another dealer the car I requested to test drive was still parked with the rest in the lot, had ice on the windshield and a nearly flat tire!) They took a look at our trade in while we took a test drive and when we got back we shared our expectation for our trade and monthly payments and next thing we knew they had the paperwork drawn up and ready to go. I could not believe what a different experience it was from every other dealer we had been to - clearly there is a reason they have been in this business for so long.
