Not a good place to buy a used Car I was in a for a used Toyota camry, and the only reason i visited the dealership was because of the price they posted in online, i trusted in them wha I was in a for a used Toyota camry, and the only reason i visited the dealership was because of the price they posted in online, i trusted in them what eve..................... First of all i started working with Leonel Sanchez, he was a good person, he was answering to all the inquiries or questions that i was asking about the vehicle. I checked with him on the below which i noticed, They were a lot of white spots on the front bumper and near the fog lamps, he mentioned that they were due to waxing and can be removed and the second one i checked with him on the tire thread and how much does it last, he checked with the service person and replied the tires were in a good condition (a kind of in between poor and excellent and will last another 10k miles) and are not due for immediate replacement. I trusted them on what ever they said, i went a head and purchased the vehicle. After 10 days of purchase, i took the vehicle for a complete inspection at Sears, Firestone and Costco (only for Tires), everyone has mentioned that all the four tires are due for replacement ASAP, i was shocked to hear it from firestone first and than i took it to Sears to cross check and they gave me the same answer and then i took it to Costco and was asking him to check the tire thread or life left, he asked me to turn the wheel and asked me what do you think of the tires and showed me there is no thread left on the front tyres when compared to rear ones. I was wondering how i had drove the vehicle from Racine WI to Chicago IL, when the tires were not at all safe, and i was wondering what was covered in the 169 point or 250 point inspection that was done by the dealership, adding to this they also missed a hole or crack in the rubber channel on the driver's side and was able to hear the air sound while driving and water started to leak in during rain or when i went for a car wash. Ron took a look into the issue and i had to travel all the way back to Racine on a weekend wasting 3 to 4 hours of time to get it fixed, once i am on my way back i was able to hear the air sound, but not as much as that before the fix, The lady Matty i suppose from the service mention that they had replaced with a new rubber channel, but seems to me like they adjusted the old one and put some glue in, i really wonder how they had missed this issue in their earlier inspection. I gave a call to Ron to check the issue with tires, he wasn't available, i left a voice mail and haven't got a call back yet and its been two to three days from now. The day when i went for the rubber channel issue fix, i checked with Leonel about the white spots on the front bumper as they are still there, he mentioned "i think probably they are not from waxing", and how should i reply to what he said and it really pissed me off. I also left a review on the dealer site and at the time of completion of the survey, it was mentioned online that someone from the dealership would be reaching out to me, due to the poor survey. Finally end of the day, i trusted them in what ever they said and they broke my trust that i had on them. At the time of purchase, I was thinking to refer "Palmen Dodge of Racine"a friend who was in searching for used vehicles, so how should i refer the dealership seeing all these issues, I would definitely not be recommending to anyone, and now if i have to the tyres and rubber channel issue fixed, it's costing me $800 to $1000 dollars which is another big investment now, if they had mentioned these earlier, either i use to go for another vehicle or check with the dealership if they can fix these and sell the vehicle. It was really waste of time and money, traveling all the way to Racine to get vehicle and they broke my trust that i have in them, it was a really bad experience. More

Asked if I could fill in pre credit app online and did. Stipulation on my part was I need to check vehicle out before finalizing deal. No problem. Met Bob Zeihen and the rest was history. Bob is fantastic!!!! Best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure working with. He took great care of my family and I and I definitely recommend you work with Bob. You will be very happy you did.
