Dealer Palmen Dodge in Racine is great gone to them for years. Evidently my new truck did not have all the perks my last model 2016 had which was wonderful...this time we dealt with Educator Credit Union years. Evidently my new truck did not have all the perks my last model 2016 had which was wonderful...this time we dealt with Educator Credit Union for a better deal. Took over a month to get notified my parts where in. No phone calls nothing. Finally get one of the nasty orange post cards saying if I don’t call you will return my parts. Every step of the process I felt phone calls nothing. Finally get one of the nasty orange post cards saying if I don’t call you will return my parts. Every step of the process I felt like I was a major inconvenience and burden on the customer support staff. Asking to even have my oil checked seemed like a hastle. I honestly don’t think I will return after this experience. More

Explained very clearly what was done for the van for the repair that was needed. Very attentive and courteous to customer . Did check to make sure what customer pointed out about passenger back door was op repair that was needed. Very attentive and courteous to customer .
