Immediately upon getting there, the greeter was so friendly and also vacuumed my car (can't recall her name). This Chrysler dealership is not the closest to my house but it was the only one I could get a short notice appointment at that day. If I need service again though I would be willing to make the longer driv but it was the only one I could get a short notice appointment at that day.
