Called week before and set up service for oil change and take care of a couple of recalls. Dropped vehicle off at 0900 on Monday and they kept it until 1700 Tuesday. Service Rep said they ordered parts fo take care of a couple of recalls. Dropped vehicle off at 0900 on Monday and they kept it until 1700 Tuesday. Service Rep said they ordered parts for recalls on Monday and he only had 1 diesel tech. I'm still trying to figure out why they needed a diesel tech to change oil, replace TPS fittings, and clear a recall for fuel pump. More
