I was told I needed to drop my truck for 2-3 days to allow for testing. I was having a lot of trouble coordinating an available rental car on the same day of my appointment. A couple of appointments h allow for testing. I was having a lot of trouble coordinating an available rental car on the same day of my appointment. A couple of appointments had to be cancelled. I vented my frustrations with this to Kim and she said she would call me when a car was available, and I could bring in same day. I honestly didn't think this would actually happen, but a few days later she called and told me to bring it in right away. That kind of personal service was above and beyond. I know how busy they are back there, and they always do a great job to take of care us, but this time was exceptional. More
