The staff was friendly and helpful. Kimberly was my service advisor and did a good job. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star was the service took longer than I expected. I was told 2 days but wasn' service advisor and did a good job. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star was the service took longer than I expected. I was told 2 days but wasn't ready until morning of the day 3. It wasn't a big deal but I wish someone would have reached out to me just to let me know on day 2. All and all a good experience and would return. More

Michael Stewart in service was extremely helpful and took care of me right away. Palmer was able to get me in within 2 days when all the other DCJ dealerships in the metro ATL area had a 2+ month backlog jus care of me right away. Palmer was able to get me in within 2 days when all the other DCJ dealerships in the metro ATL area had a 2+ month backlog just to make an appointment . They also had a courtesy rental car available for me which was huge. Had parts in stock for my car too so it only took 3 days. Got text updates each day letting me know the status of the repair and Michael called me to run me through what my car needed. A little pricey but that always comes with OEM parts/service. Michael even texted me the next day after I got my car back to make sure everything was doing ok. Would definitely come back to Palmer if I need dealer service again and will recommend them to any friends in the market for DCJ vehicles or service. More

Everything was done well. I had to back the next day to get air in my tires. Would’ve been a nice customer service touch to have them checked and topped off as part of the over $500 service the day before get air in my tires.
