It was not at all made clear when I made my appointment for 8:30AM,, the car might not get looked at for 2 days. If it was not done by Friday, I might be out a car for 6 days (Wed-Mon). It was done by Frid for 8:30AM,, the car might not get looked at for 2 days. If it was not done by Friday, I might be out a car for 6 days (Wed-Mon). It was done by Friday thank goodness, but need to be extra careful to say those details, I understand covid is causing issues. I asked for pictures of the problems, I think it would be a great idea if you did that as a rule, emailing photos totally makes a difference as you can see the damaged part. (of course this only works if you do have something that is obvious when you see it). I've had good service over the years here. More
