It was not at all made clear when I made my appointment for 8:30AM,, the car might not get looked at for 2 days. If it was not done by Friday, I might be out a car for 6 days (Wed-Mon). It was done by Friday thank goodness, but need to be extra careful to say those details, I understand covid is causing issues. I asked for pictures of the problems, I think it would be a great idea if you did that as a rule, emailing photos totally makes a difference as you can see the damaged part.
