My car was at the dealership for 5 days and all they did was a software update. I only received one phone call during this time. I had to check up on it myself. My vehicle sat for 4hrs waiting on a oil change. Called the service rep 2 hrs in and he said they were working on it now. When I arrived 2hrs later my vehicle is still waiting to be serviced and the rep te the service rep 2 hrs in and he said they were working on it now.
