Service department unable to diagnose and correct the issues with electrical system, start/stop, and ETS error messages. They said they fixed it multiple times but the errors continued to present themse issues with electrical system, start/stop, and ETS error messages. They said they fixed it multiple times but the errors continued to present themselves after driving a mile off the lot. Their service department did a poor job of explaining what was going on, explaining why they made the recommendations they did, and didn't seem concerned in the slightest at caring if the problem was actually fixed. I won't be returning to this location for any reason. More

Im giving Palmer Dodge Chrysler 5 stars due ONLY to my sales rep Jarod Watson... When I arrived, a few sales guys was huddled together at a car in the front. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and sales rep Jarod Watson... When I arrived, a few sales guys was huddled together at a car in the front. I walked around the lot for a few minutes and Jarod was the only person that greeted me and introduced himself. I explained what I was browsing for and told him of a vehicle I saw on the internet. He instantly looked up the stock number and found the vehicle in the back. Jarod was VERY attentive, inquisitive and made me feel at ease with the whole process. We took the vehicle for a test drive and when there was noise coming from the hood, he assured me he would have it repaired. This was not the 1st time I shopped at Palmers but because of Jarod's expertise and professionalism this was the first time I purchased from your dealership. I felt very comfortable with him and knew he would ensure the car was up-to-par before I came to pick it up. I would highly recommend Jarod (and have since passed his info to other friends in the market) & hope he receives his due acknowledgment, and hopefully a raise lol. Another recognition should go to my finance guy DJ. He answered my many questions (& there were a lot), he never got frustrated and was patient from the beginning until the end. I work in the customer service field and always acknowledge individuals who go above and beyond to make the customer feel as if he/she is the only customer of the day. Horrible!!! Was charged for a tire rotation and the rotation was not done on the vehicle. Was given a cash refund… pretty shady business practices.
