Dodge created a radio update that did not work with my radio. I was charged $968 for a new one. This is Better Business Bureau stuff. I took it for an 8:25 am Monday morning appointment. On Wednesday, I w radio. I was charged $968 for a new one. This is Better Business Bureau stuff. I took it for an 8:25 am Monday morning appointment. On Wednesday, I was told to pick it up, a new radio would not be in until the following week. I took it back and when I picked it up, the gps said I was in Phoenix Arizona and the time was hours off. I took it back a 3rd time before it was fixed. My service man never returned my texts and I was only able to get him by phone during that period about 2/6 times. I told my normal salesman my experience and asked that he forward it to his service manager. He ignored me as well. Horrible experience and I should have gotten the radio free or at cost with no installation charge. I is not my fault Dodge made an upgrade that did not work. More
