The service given (oil change and tire rotation) was fine, but two things were less than ideal. The service advisor asked me whether I wanted traditional oil or synthetic. Apparently the "system" was do fine, but two things were less than ideal. The service advisor asked me whether I wanted traditional oil or synthetic. Apparently the "system" was down and he could not access the requirements. I said I was pretty sure the owners manual specified synthetic. I thought it was an odd question as I guess I would have expected Jeep to know what oil was specified for my Sahara 4Cyl Turbo engine. Secondly, I was missing a stem valve cover for one of my tires and asked if he could replace that for me. When I arrived home I found that had not been done. So yes, the basic service was performed, so I gave a 4 out of 5 rating, but I'd have yo say it was less than an ideal service experience. Sorry to give you less than a 5, but you asked and I am being honest. Thanks More
