My jeep, purchased from Palmer, has 78,000 miles and needed $4K of transmission work. I resent that you charged me for a rental car then gave me one with decals all over it implying that it was a courte needed $4K of transmission work. Lee Brown was awesome. I had contacted Lee before I came in and told him what I was looking for. My mom had came with me to see about trading in her Jeep. Lee was very patient with me because I couldn't dec in and told him what I was looking for. My mom had came with me to see about trading in her Jeep. Once I decided the process was very fast on getting the paperwork complete and my new Jeep ready to go. I even had some lights added on in the deal. Finance guy Boozer was awesome also. We couldn't get numbers right for my mom with out a co signer. A few hours after we left Lee called and said they were able to get a lender for my mom. This was late on Saturday and since they are closed Sunday, paperwork was going to be done by email and they are delivering the new jeep an hour away and picking up her trade in. Probably the best experience I’ve had a dealership. We came in looking for a Jeep Wrangler. We were hooked up with Will, One of the salesman. He was extremely chill and made us feel very comfortable thr came in looking for a Jeep Wrangler. We were hooked up with Will, One of the salesman. He tried to target our specific needs based on what we were talking to him about and did not use any aggressive sales tactics to push the highest trim model while still informing us of the differences since we were new to the wrangler. Process was very smooth, even down to the signing of the paperwork which was mostly done digitally in a very convenient way. Everything was explained very well and we walked away very happy with the new Jeep Wrangler. We will certainly be back for future purchases More
