Changing my windshield pump cost almost $900 and was not covered by my unlimited mileage warrantee. I first brought this up on or about 12/6 - but it was not repaired (overlooked), then I brought it up aga covered by my unlimited mileage warrantee. I first brought this up on or about 12/6 - but it was not repaired (overlooked), then I brought it up again on or about 12/26 and was told it was fixed. Fact is, they put washer fluid in, but it had to have drained out almost immediately. I believe that had this been fixed initially the pump would have not failed. I also believe that the cold temperatures with an empty fluid container could have easily caused this container to crack further. I do think a refund is in order for this $877 and change - or at least a partial refund as this is at best a shared responsibility. I do believe that Roberto was told the washer fluid issue was fixed on that 12/26 visit - and he relayed that info to me. More
Had a problem with my 2010 Ram 1500 pulled in to fill up then it would not start. Of course it was late in the evening so I had to have it towed in. They directed me where to park it because they would be then it would not start. Of course it was late in the evening so I had to have it towed in. They directed me where to park it because they would be closed when the wrecker got there. Roberto called me before they were open to check and see what went on. Later he called back and told me that the fuel was on back or but he would see what he could do. The next mourning he called around 10 and told me that the truck ready. There's a dealer within 5 miles of my home but I would definitely drive to Palmer for all of my repairs! Good job Reberto.! More
