The car was repaired quickly. I don't see the service advisor who helped me listed here, though, and I did not interface with the Service Manager directly. Winston Anderson, however, went well beyond what I expected, especially after the terse response I received from another service advisor via phone when I was only 2 miles down the street. Thanks to Mr. Anderson, my fiancee's car was back on the road in about 24 hours instead of the initially stated 3-5 days (and that is before the New Year's holiday is taken into account)! More
