I needed an additional keyfob for my 2020 Pacifica and checked price on line at MOPAR and with another dealership closer to my home that Palmet. I was surprised when the invoice was presented me for over checked price on line at MOPAR and with another dealership closer to my home that Palmet. Your layout is terrible for on that rainy day I was directed to the waiting area in main building, about 100 feet away. Find the glass door and ws surprised I was at a parts receiving area with many crates of parts through which I walked to a waiting area. I was turned off by the experience. I bought my 2004 Dodge Ram pickup from this place in 2005. I have never been back for I live in Kennesaw / Marietta area and there are many dealerships closer. I have 187,000 miles of mostly trouble free driving with this truck More
