I’m not impressed w/ the Service at Palmer Dodge. The general atmosphere is simply not one with a customer first mentality. The initial greeting, the handoff from the porter to the service representative general atmosphere is simply not one with a customer first mentality. The initial greeting, the handoff from the porter to the service representative, the dress code are all weak. The process of picking up my vehicle was even worst, no thank you, no eye contact, just here’s your Jeep. In addition wearing a mask due to the pandemic is optional based on the employees prerogative. All of these issues point to a lack of management direction and training. One bright spot was Luis - my service representative, he was excellent - good follow up skills. Unfortunately he seems to be the only one that really cares for the customer. Bottom line - get your service done somewhere else. More
