Wonderful experience!! I was in need of a new vehicle. I searched and found a Used Ford Edge for a great price at Palmer Dodge. I called and spoke to Randy initially, he answered questions concerning credit and financing because I knew my credit wasn't stellar. Randy was great! I went in on a Saturday and they were quite busy. Randy referred us to Will Blythe. We test drove the Edge, asked the necessary questions and received answers and help, not pressure. On that Monday I contacted Will, he emailed the finance application which was quick and easy. Within the hour I had options. Eric from the Finance Department went over my options, helped me to receive the best deal and warranty coverage possible and in my budget. He emailed my paperwork and answered all questions I had. They were very friendly and professional. Will and Eric worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. Tuesday, they delivered my Edge free!! Thank you all for the experience!!
