So Palmer Dodge Service worked on the rear brakes and replaced the rotors, brake pads, brake fluid flush and performed an emergency brake adjustment. Well worth the experience at Palmer Dodge. More

After 2 rear differential rebuilds problem is worse than originally dropped I was told it was a complete rebuild by the service dept but by the parts list on receipt the carrier assy was not replaced I par originally dropped I was told it was a complete rebuild by the service dept but by the parts list on receipt the carrier assy was not replaced I participated in repair by paying a certain portion and was told I had a 2 year unlimited mileage warrant on rebuild I set and made an appt with district warranty guy who rode with me and pretty much told me he didn’t see any problems and would have to find another 2014 ram 3500 with 50k miles on it to compare. The tech who did both rebuilds and shop foreman rode with me separately and hear the clunking in and out of throttle I feel that will be next to impossible to find another vehicle to compare and by the videos I have dated and time stamped it’s clearly not right where may I submit those. in March the truck needs to be at shows with my family I need to get this fixed immediately since I have been to the dealership 4 times with 2 rebuilds they mentioned they don’t know what the problem is and I would request a new whole axle. Ppor communication I chose Palmer Dodge to handle a problem with my wife's van. We made an appointment and I was on time for that appointment. I took advantage of your driver to drop me off at work, about 3 miles away. Your courtesy driver was the highlight of my service. She did great! I had to follow-up on the status of my car the afternoon of the day I dropped it off. (I dropped off at 7:30, called at 2 PM.) I was told that 5 technicians called in sick and they hadn't even looked at my van. "Let me talk to the service bay and I'll get back to you." Two hours later I called again because the driving service supposedly ended at 4. I was then informed that my van would not be seen that day. Summary - I was provided a car for the day, thank you, and the car was repaired the next day. However, as I drove it home, the Stop/Start was still not working. I called back and was told it would take 24 hours to reset. So...my rating is because your communication, across the board, was awful. Don't worry...I won't be back. More
