Bunch of liars 0 stars because 1 is too much maybe. So far 2 bad experiences with them. 1. I had to deal with some Jeep transmission issues, where one of the guys 0 stars because 1 is too much maybe. So far 2 bad experiences with them. 1. I had to deal with some Jeep transmission issues, where one of the guys told me to come back and someone will drive my car around to find out what the issue is. I offered to pay the $100+/hr fee and all that. The appointment was scheduled, and later I got a call back from them telling me to take it to another dealer because they won't do that.... 2. Last week I took it to update the Radio firmware version. I got back in my car and noticed that it's not the right version, called back and asked to talk to service manager. He assured me that it's the latest version, because he just put in my VIN and that's what it shows. Well guess what, it wasn't the latest version, they installed 17.x.x and available was 18.x.x which I had to do it on my own. Just to mention that they had the car 1 full day, and failed to do that. I wonder how many other customers are they lying without a blink of an eye. Take your car somewhere else. More

When he called me to discuss, the other man could not answer questions about the repair other than “thats what the mechanic told him”. I even bought the jeep at Palmer. After this- I get e mails asking me if I want to trade it in. Seems almost coordinated. Disappointing More
Opportunistic selling practices I realize that I am not the normal customer. I wanted a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and they had one on the lot with the exact option list in the colo I realize that I am not the normal customer. I wanted a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and they had one on the lot with the exact option list in the color I wanted. I also wanted to pay cash. I found it online and while there are five Jeep dealers within an easy drive, Palmer is closest and seems to do a thriving business. I took the truck for a test drive, looked it over and shook Roger’s hand on an agreed upon price. This is when things went south. I was told I had to finance the vehicle, even inferring that their discounted price required financing. I finally agreed figuring I would pay it off immediately. I then asked about having them install a 2” Mopar lift, Amp electric side steps and 20” wheels with 37” Nitto tires. They came back with a price of $18,000. Let’s be clear, the lift retails for $1,500, side steps $1,700, wheels and tires $5,000. Basically they were going to change me $10,000 in labor and additional mark up. They either didn’t want the business or thought they were dealing with an idiot and could gouge me. I said no, let’s just do the lift as I could t pick up the truck until the following Saturday. They quoted me $2,750. Gouged again. That is $1,250 in labor for a three hour job or $415/hr. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there and said fine, but please return all the parts you remove. They are brand new and the Fox shocks alone are worth several hundred dollars. The following Saturday I pick up the truck and the lift is installed, but none of my parts are returned. I’m told I have to wait until Monday to get them. Fine. Monday comes and I hear nothing, so I call only to be told they threw them all away. The incompetence and now deceit is amateurish at this point. So, here I sit having overpaid (my fault) with a horrible first impression from a dealer (their fault) who I believe is not trustworthy of your business. I’m still waiting for my parts. More
