I thought it was time that I finally take the plunge and get something almost new. I loved this dealer. I felt like my sales guy was trying his best to get me the best deal. Even when I had trouble getting my financing sorted out the first day I tried to make my purchase he did his best to keep the vehicle for me for the next 5 days while it was fixed. I then arrived ready to buy and everything went very smooth, and I was in and out within about an hour. I am loving the new truck, and I am also very confident that if I have any issues in the future they will do their best to help me and make it right. Glad I made my purchase at Palmer Dodge. More

Great customer service and fast turnaround My car was towed in to the service center at Palmer Dodge on a Friday evening. Thomas was our customer service contact. We met with him on Saturday My car was towed in to the service center at Palmer Dodge on a Friday evening. Thomas was our customer service contact. We met with him on Saturday morning and he had the order all written up and ready to go. They worked on the car and found that the battery was faulty and installed a new battery. The warranty covered the cost of the new battery and we were ready to go first thing Monday morning. Thomas keep us up to date at regular times all Saturday. We were completely pleased with the service. More
