Great Experience I am very new to buying a used/new vehicle. I was driving a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 208,000 miles. I normally own my vehicles for a long time. I thought it was time that I finally take the plunge and get something almost new. I loved this dealer. I felt like my sales guy was trying his best to get me the best deal. Even when I had trouble getting my financing sorted out the first day I tried to make my purchase he did his best to keep the vehicle for me for the next 5 days while it was fixed. I then arrived ready to buy and everything went very smooth, and I was in and out within about an hour. I am loving the new truck, and I am also very confident that if I have any issues in the future they will do their best to help me and make it right. Glad I made my purchase at Palmer Dodge. More
