Thomas was great on the phone, asked me to bring it in, arranged for a loaner, and kept me up to date on the progress. During the process, he made me aware of additional items to be serviced, Made me aware of the estimates, and asked for my permission to move forward on those. Whenever I contacted him, he was quick to get back with me and had the right information.
