Old school dealership It’s everything you hate about car sales, poor response, once you get there the guy you talked to is nowhere to be found. Then you have 5 other sales It’s everything you hate about car sales, poor response, once you get there the guy you talked to is nowhere to be found. Then you have 5 other sales guys fight over you. Old school sales tactics, finally we got to a number, my rep Jim takes it to his boss they say no, he is all pissed and rips up the paperwork. We are like what just happened... We leave, his boss calls and says we can give you a number way above what Jim agreed to...we think about it, call back, can’t reach anyone. Finally we get Nick on the phone he agrees to prices very close to what we want. We drive to the dealer and guess what they sold the car.... Not their fault we did not get the car but man getting there was a nightmare....worst part is once we got there and they told us it was sold it wa almost like they were happy..(told you so kind of thing) Go up to Cumming to the dealership there. More

Great Price, poor financing communication The price and selection was great and communication over email was usually good. However, I asked many times for the financing documents, company, ter The price and selection was great and communication over email was usually good. However, I asked many times for the financing documents, company, terms, rate; and it was never supplied. Even when we drove 3 hours to pick it up and sign documents, they still had not sent the documents. I also could not get ahold of my sales person the morning I was making the trip down. On hold, disconnected, on hold again, etc. it is stressful to take off work to drive 3 hours and not know everything was set. I did get a call back after I left to say the truck would be ready, but still no financing info. When we arrived, the truck was ready with a full tank. However, they still could not tell me about the financing rate, terms, or company. After waiting an hour, we got in to see T.J. who was fantastic. Everything was easy at that point. So in summary, everything was great except the financing communication. I did play a little phone tag with the finance person, but he did not call back at the agreed upon time and would not simply email me the documents so that I could read them at my leisure. This added a lot of stress and was not professional. A 50k loan is important enough for respectful communication. More

Super Fast and easy Luis took care of me and made the whole process super fast and easy. I was able to drop my car and leave with a loaner and when I went to pick-up my c Luis took care of me and made the whole process super fast and easy. Second time was the charm Took car in and it was determined that it needed a new alternator, Service was excellent, Next day found a huge liquid puddle under car in my garage. Took car in and it was determined that it needed a new alternator, Service was excellent, Next day found a huge liquid puddle under car in my garage. Returned to dealership and it was quickly determined that the anti freeze container tube to the radiator was not reinstalled properly. Fixed in 30 minutes.First problem in over 10 years with the dealership. More
