I did not like the way you get a car from another dealer, it cost me some money and that is not right. Why don't you start something like an NFL Draft system. You get a car from dealer X and you owe him a "pick" (a car) to be delivered at another time. It seems like a simple system. Yes there may be a small charge but certainly not one so big it affects the price of the car. In searching at other dealers they were getting a car for around $400 from out of state. Sounds logical.
