Steve and DJ were patient and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions and even explained key items that I never would have thought to ask about. Neither gentleman was pushy or aggressive. They were professional and well spoken and were focused on providing my wife and I with all the key information that we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. I initiated my request via an online form late on a Saturday evening. Steve immediately responded that night and worked to prepare the car that I was interested in for an immediate test drive on Sunday when they opened at noon. My wife and I were blown away by the customer focus demonstrated by Steve and DJ. It was an amazing experience!!!! - A++++ all the way. More
