Wow! I just purchased my first NEW vehicle – ever…and it was with Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I appreciated his sales technique, as it was not the “hard sell”, as I had received at other dealerships. I returned several times over the course of a good number of months, and each time Dustin was incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel at ease by answering any questions I had. He followed up with me after each of my visits to ensure that I knew he was there to offer any additional information which could help me in my decision. Dustin took the time to describe the various options, matched them to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and explained the hands-on workings of all aspects of the Grand Cherokee models/styles. This helped me understand what choices were available so I was better able to determine which model and options were best for me. What a help!!! (And, no “guilt trip” for taking such a long time with my decision!) I’ll admit that I was nervous when it came time for the negotiations regarding cost. Here as well, I received wonderful treatment. With the help of Nick and Dustin, I was able to attain a great price on my new Grand Cherokee, and a very fair trade-in value on my car. The whole financial end of this equation was so much easier than I had anticipated! I had read other reviews that noted a loyalty to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Now I know why! Although I’m planning on hanging on to my new Grand Cherokee for a good number of years, I think Dustin and the folks at Palmer have created the “beginning of a beautiful friendship!” More
