The hydraulics on my Grand Cherokee's suspension went out in 2022. Another dealer in Chamblee that is closer to my house could not fit me in for several months. I recently drove the extra miles to bring my son's Cherokee into Palmer to get a new key fob partially because they answered the phone quickly, had the part in stock and told me to bring it in anytime. There is a lot of value in answering the phone, not getting trapped in the phone runaround, and having informed staff to help solve my issue which brings you business. I've purchased or leased 4 Grand Cherokees and 1 Cherokee since 2013 and Palmer is at the top of my list for my next vehicle, but has now become my first choice for service. More
