I was there at 7:40 for an oil change - that was it. I was first in line after the cars already in the garage service bays. It took 1 hour 45 minutes. When a person brings a vehicle in with issues and a service tech calls you to discuss what the issues are you expect them to tell you everything they discovered. I had upwards of $1,200 worth of repair service tech calls you to discuss what the issues are you expect them to tell you everything they discovered. I had upwards of $1,200 worth of repairs & when I came to get the car I had to stand around and wait as I’m told the battery is dead. I paid extra for a tune up & it shows in the report the battery tested weak….. why would someone not let you know this when your approving all of the needed repairs? Why would I want to pick up my vehicle and then get a jump so I could drive to the nearest parts store and finish the job myself? That is in fact exactly what I had to go and do. Obviously too the windows had been down as the inside was covered in dust or debri of some sort. I trusted that the dealer who sells my model car would be the most superior place & now I know better.
