When my son called regarding bribing in wrangler for service he was told “if you bring it in early, we prob won’t get it in today, but should tomorrow”. It was dropped off by 7:45am on Tues. At the end of the day on Wed he called & after being in the shop for 2 full days was told that “we haven’t even looked at it yet & im not sure when we will.” I understand being busy, but to give inconsistent information only screws up my schedule which I cannot afford. Also, the person that I spoke with was rude. Never again. More

When I had to have my totally dead battery Cherokee towed last Thursday Luis was upfront with me that it would be Monday or Tuesday before it could be looked at and walked me through everything that they wou last Thursday Luis was upfront with me that it would be Monday or Tuesday before it could be looked at and walked me through everything that they would do to determine the issues. After the vehicle was looked at, he recommended two maintenance items that were needed in addition to the requested oil change. Once the battery was tested, he had the battery up front when we came to so we could get a replacement where we bought the battery. The additional diagnostics we’re running and the car was ready later in the afternoon the same day. Luis was very personable and professional. More
