Moving closer to this dealership and wanted to start using you for service. Just needed a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Seemed a little long, but no using you for service. Just needed a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Seemed a little long, but not too bad. I walked around the dealership and looked at some cars, handled some work, walked to lunch and at an hour and a half came back because no one had called me. I was then told that my truck is next and it would be another 30 minutes. It took another hour! Not to mention the person I thought was Thomas, wasn’t Thomas, I didn’t meet him until it was time to pay. The first two interactions was with someone else. Also, while there I thought about getting some new rims and tires for my truck so I tried to get a price. In over 30 min I still couldn’t get a price. Everyone kept saying, “hold on I’ll be right back” or they took my info and kept walking to the back room, leaving me there at the counter. So at that point it was over 2 hours, I still didn’t have my oil changed and I couldn’t spend $2500+ on new wheels. I kept hearing about not having service people and they kept walking away or leaving. You had a LOT of people working there, there was even some guy very slowly picking up trash in the parking lot. Doesn’t take a lot of training to change oil or rotate tires. I will say that I did have 4-5 sales people nicely approach me trying to help with buying a car. My ordeal put me in a bad spot for work. I’m used to taking a long lunch to get an oil change, I can’t take a vacation day, nor should I have to! More

I drive a long way through traffic to get to Palmer Dodge to take care of my beloved Jeep Patriot. Thomas greets me by name. The waiting room and restroom are clean and well supplied. Palmer's service department has kept my Jeep running with no problems. They check it over for me each oil change and tire rotation. I am grateful for their Express Service. Not having to make an appointment is terrific. And they are fast. Please don't change your Express Service. More
Hiram is a really good service advisor. He keeps me informed of progress. He always treats me like he really enjoys having me as a customer. I had to leave my Jeep to have the problem addressed, so I informed of progress. He always treats me like he really enjoys having me as a customer. Terrible customer service. I walked in and nobody helped me/ greeted me/ acknowledged for over 15 minutes, and the room was full of workers not doing anything.
