Told 45 minutes to an hour. After 2.5 hours I had to ask for the car back. Apparently the work was completed and the car was just sitting in the garage. They added a service l didn't request, got oil on my car, waited 2.5 hrs for an EXPRESS oil change, and they didn't reset the error message saying l need an oil change.
