My jeep, purchased from Palmer, has 78,000 miles and needed $4K of transmission work. I resent that you charged me for a rental car then gave me one with decals all over it implying that it was a courte needed $4K of transmission work. I went in for a check engine light. The source of the problem, a stuck thermostat, was replaced. Michael Stewart is always very helpful. He took the time to fully explain the possible slow starting problem with my daughter's Jeep and what was being done to identify it. After several days and many atte to fully explain the possible slow starting problem with my daughter's Jeep and what was being done to identify it. After several days and many attempts to find the issue, the slow starting did not happen again. So the Jeep was returned to my daughter with full instructions to her as to what to look for if it happens again. No charge for a lot of diagnostic work. Great service from Michael and Palmer Jeep!
