After my car issue/problems were not completely finished the first time— he followed up each day letting me know when a rental was avail effectively. I came in to this dealer for a brake fluid flush and ending up spending over $1000 on various other services including brake pads and rotor resurfacing. I know they were upselling me but in the midst o ending up spending over $1000 on various other services including brake pads and rotor resurfacing. I know they were upselling me but in the midst of Covid I figured they could use the business and I was about to take the vehicle on a trip down to the Georgia coast. Less than a week after this work was completed I hear a rattling coming from under the vehicle. I took the car into a different mechanic who handed my the part that was just dangling on the wheel not really attached to anything. It was a clip of some sort that was part of the brake system. This was the driver's side and upon inspection the passenger side clip wasn't installed properly either. The second mechanic fixed that for me. I took the car back to the dealer and pointed this out and expressed my concern about the safety of the vehicle with parts of the brake system just left off. They installed the clip that I handed them and basically got an oops, our bad response. No attempt to make it right whatsoever. I like Hiram the service advisor but I sure don't trust the mechanics they have working there. I won't ever take my car there again. More

AVOID AT ALL COST! I brought in my Durango for an alignment and was left with a car with a blown engine! Micheal recommended a thermostat. My car had a clean check on the coolant system before me bringing it in! I agreed bc I trusted Dodge and days after picking up my car it ran hot and the engine blew. They are making me responsible for the tow and repairs. Each day they told me a different thing. $500 recommended thermostat, a $1700 oil cooler, a $1065 radiator and my car still isn’t operable and they are not willing to assist in the tow or does not have a clue as to what will solve the issues for my car to return to the state it was in upon me bringing it! I feel like I was scammed out of an entire vehicle! Your better with a back yard mechanic. I am highly disappointed! More
