AVOID AT ALL COST! I brought in my Durango for an alignment and was left with a car with a blown engine! Micheal recommended a thermostat. My car had a clean check on the coolant system before me bri alignment and was left with a car with a blown engine! Micheal recommended a thermostat. My car had a clean check on the coolant system before me bringing it in! I agreed bc I trusted Dodge and days after picking up my car it ran hot and the engine blew. They are making me responsible for the tow and repairs. Each day they told me a different thing. $500 recommended thermostat, a $1700 oil cooler, a $1065 radiator and my car still isn’t operable and they are not willing to assist in the tow or does not have a clue as to what will solve the issues for my car to return to the state it was in upon me bringing it! I feel like I was scammed out of an entire vehicle! Your better with a back yard mechanic. I am highly disappointed! More
