Dropped off my car for an oil change, requested they let me know if there were other services needed. They gave me a call and provided a total $ that the visit would be. When I arrived to pick up my car the me know if there were other services needed. They gave me a call and provided a total $ that the visit would be. When I arrived to pick up my car the total was over $300 more than what was stated on the phone. Granted, after I pushed back on this number, they “took another look” and removed some of the costs and gave a discount. The total was still higher than what I was told on the phone even after these discounts. It is completely misleading and unacceptable to provide a given price and then charge more upon completion. I would not recommend this dealership for routine service. Also, my visit was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and no service employees were wearing masks (I did not go inside the sales center) More
