My vehicle had the transmission fail this past June. It was at your service department science then until recently. The frustration and inconvenience this caused was to a whole new level for me. The only reason I was able to keep some sort of confidence in the Jeep Brand was your employee Murray (Alpharetta GA Location). He was very informative and understanding during the entire process. I never felt uninformed or unimportant. He was able to make me feel reassured that everything that could be done was being done during a very uncertain time.  Furthermore once the parts required became available the work was done at a fast pace. Not only was it done fast but the work was done correctly and with every detail remembered. I did not have to remind your team of any of the extra work I also wanted done. You have a very professional team that makes your company shine. I can not say my faith in the Jeep Brand is what it once was.
