My last 3 of 3 services have resulted in return visits. Components not being reconnected leading to my car breaking down, oil spilled in my engine and not cleaned up, coolant issue not resolved leading to Components not being reconnected leading to my car breaking down, oil spilled in my engine and not cleaned up, coolant issue not resolved leading to my car breaking down 2 miles away from the service center. If you look at the last 3 years of my service history the revisit issue is nothing new. It does not seem like anyone inspects the work before vehicles leave the garage. Little to no ownership on the management side to try and make things right. Luis does a good job to try and get things fixed, but the problem seems systematic. The time I lose taking multiple trips to the service center is costly. I will not buy another Chrysler product as long as I live in this area and have to come here. More
