Michael was incredibly kind and easy to work work. I called and explained the issues with my car and her was calm and helped me understand what needed to be done. Brought my car in for a service oil change and to get an issue fixed on my car. The oil change was taken care of but the main reason I brought my car in was to get this issue repaired. They did not repair n issue fixed on my car. The oil change was taken care of but the main reason I brought my car in was to get this issue repaired. They did not repair nor contacted me to schedule a day to repair like I was told. I also called the service department to try and schedule when I could bring my car In to fix this issue but like last time no one reached out to me after I left a message to be contacted. This issue is a warranty fix and I feel as if I’m being ignored. I’ve never had a problem at Palmer Dodge but that’s because when I’m there I’m spending money but if this matter can’t be resolved I will take my business else where. More
I was beyond satisfied! The dealer I had used in the past told me the first spot they had for me was August 5, and my check engine light had come on. I was told I could leave it and they could try to get to told me the first spot they had for me was August 5, and my check engine light had come on. I was told I could leave it and they could try to get to it in 2-3 days. I contacted Palmer and received an apt the next morning, and had my vehicle back the same day! Luis was so easy to deal with and explained the process thoroughly. I will definitely be changing my preferred dealer to Palmer!! More

Ask for Chelsie I have only used the dealership's service twice - once to come in for an installation that was part of my purchase deal and once to make an appt thoug I have only used the dealership's service twice - once to come in for an installation that was part of my purchase deal and once to make an appt though I got frustrated and never made the appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone (for an appt) both times was a bit rude and it seemed like I was a disruption to his day. I'm not posting his name here but did share with my salesperson so it could be passed along. My advice is to ask for Chelsie. She was friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Going forward, I will be sure to ask for her when I call even just to make an appointment. On another note, the dealer could invest in better wifi - when I was there, it wasn't working which made it difficult to work while I waited. Not a huge issue when I visited but will be an issue if it's a regular problem. I'm too new to say much so sharing what I can with limited experience. My experience was Sales and Parts was EXCELLENT so I have hight hopes for the Service Dept. More

My car is still not fixed I have only good things to say about the staff, especially Michael. Even though I could see they were run off their feet Michael managed to get me in I have only good things to say about the staff, especially Michael. Even though I could see they were run off their feet Michael managed to get me in really quickly as I told him I needed my car for work. He was very professional and explained everything. My car was 'repaired' on Saturday morning but I knew something was not quite right on Sunday. On Monday the same issue happened again. So, my car was not repaired properly and this is really inconvenient for me as I now have to go back to sit around the dealership again waiting for it to be repaired. More
