It took quite a few calls to get someone to actually pick up the phone instead of putting me on hold continuously without saying a word. Then they sent me a reminder that was incorrect date. Terrible Communication Communication was absolutely horrible. Two voicemails and one text directly to the gentleman assigned to me went completely unanswered.
