I purchased the Jeep at Palmer and use Luis Espinoza as my Service Advisor. Luis is a pleasure to deal with and is always available either by phone or better yet via text. Vehicle Repair Roberto and the crew were awesome. I made a trip to get my oil changed and asked if they would check my back seat. My back seat would not lay down a Roberto and the crew were awesome. I made a trip to get my oil changed and asked if they would check my back seat. My back seat would not lay down as it is suppose to do. Roberto said that the oil change was easy, but not sure about getting the seat fixed. He recommended that I come back for it and he would arrange for me to have a Courtesy Vehicle. He kept his word and my vehicle is fixed. Thank you!! More

Dealership changed oil and did not complete rest of inspection requested with service attendant. They later emailed me inaccurate after the fact assessment which said engine air filter was okay. After checking it myself, it had dirt caked in it, water stains and was clearly > 2 yes old. I have now changed it myself but was annoyed with overall experience of service attendant saying "there is nothing wrong with your truck" without listening to things that needed to be addressed and pushing me out More
