Had car all day w/an appointment scheduled in the morning I had a scheduled appointment to bring the car in at 9:00am. I received a text at 4:00pm that they couldn't look at it as they had been backed up from I had a scheduled appointment to bring the car in at 9:00am. When I came to pick up the car, the associate took me outdoors out of the customer service area to inform me and to apologize. He wanted me to return on Monday. One bad experience after years of good service. I brought my car in for an oil change. Based on previous time, I expected to wait 30-50 minutes. After I had waited an hour, I called the service rep. I brought my car in for an oil change. Based on previous time, I expected to wait 30-50 minutes. After I had waited an hour, I called the service rep. He told me the that it would not be taking the hour that he had told me to expect (I do not recall him mentioning anything about how long the wait would be). He went on to say that it would be another hour, but would see if he couldn't do something to make it just 30 minutes. After another 45 minutes had passed, I phoned again. Yhe told me it was ready, so I walked over to his desk outside the service department. As I walked, I expected to see my car parked somewhere nearby, as I usually do after it is serviced. I did not see that. Instead, he walked me over to the bay where it had been worked on and drove my car out of the bay. Then he asked me to wait while he hurriedly got a HANDWRITTEN sticker with a mileage on it and put it on my windshield. In the over 20 years that I have been getting service from Palmer Dodge, I have never before seen a handwritten sticker for when to get my next oil change. Since I do not drive a lot of miles, I bring in my car after about three months have passed. The sticker has just the mileage on it and not the date for the next service. Since the sticker does not have a date on it, it fails to fulfill its purpose. What is does do is remind me of the day when an oil change mysteriously took longer than it should have and I was not told to expect such a long wait. This denied my the opportunity to decide to come back at a different time. I will try Palmer again and expect to have a better experience. Before I started getting my service done at Palmer, I was getting service at Troncalli which was then located across the street from Palmer. Since then, they have moved closer to where I live. If I am disappointed again at Palmer, I will go back to Troncalli and hope that they have improved over the last 20 years. More

Thomas Pappas is AMAZING!! I took my car in due to the service transmission light coming on. I dealt with Thomas in the service department and he took care of me from start to I took my car in due to the service transmission light coming on. I dealt with Thomas in the service department and he took care of me from start to finish. I was very impressed with his customer service. Once the diagnostic was ran I was told my repairs would be $700 dollars. I’m a single mother so I panicked not knowing how I was going to afford it. I was praying for a blessing and that is when Thomas went above and beyond for me. He reached out to his boss and Chrysler to offer me additional assistance. It took a couple of days but the final results were I only had to pay $155 for my diagnostic testing and $150 for the deductible. I was so thankful and grateful for Thomas taking the initiative to help me when I needed it the most and he did it without me even asking. He made sure to communicate with me entire time my vehicle was with him. He made my experience overall good! I give Thomas Pappas 5-stars! He was polite, professional, attentive, and he was very caring. Thank you Thomas for all of your help and excellent customer service. I’m riding safely now thanks to you and Dodge Palmer. More
