Bad in so many ways! Simple oil change, rotation, 23 pt inspection. First attempt - only oil change was performed. David was very responsive and offered to correct it at my earliest convenience. 2nd attempt, his staff had no urgency and only perform the tire rotation. I asked the tech about the 23pt inspection, he said he didn't do it, but then changed his story when David asked him and made up some vague results. Failed basic tire rotation - he never checked the tire pressure. (ranged from 67 - 72). Oliver? (the service greeter) was their shining star - went over and above make sure customer was happy. David did everything I would expect a Service Manager to do to make things right...his staff just failed him. More
