Satisfied I ordered my vehicle on the internet through Palmetto Ford. On March 2, 2018 I met with both Internet sales person (Dan) and the sales person (Frank) I ordered my vehicle on the internet through Palmetto Ford. On March 2, 2018 I met with both Internet sales person (Dan) and the sales person (Frank). Within fifteen minutes we settled on an OTD price and the vehicle (2018 Ford Explorer Limited) was ordered that day. My initial thought was an all cash deal but realizing Ford Credit was issuing an additional incentive, I financed a portion of the purchase price. I traded in a 2015 Ford Escape SE and the price offered for the trade in price was also agreed to March 2nd. I received the vehicle on Friday May 4, 2018 two weeks earlier than promised. Again, everything went well. I’ll purchase again from Palmetto Ford this having been the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve had so far in my 52 years on this planet. Ecstatic I called the Ford I usually take my car to and they couldn’t get me in soon enough since I was hesitant to drive around with a check engine light. I made an appointment, and then make the excellent decision to contact Palmetto Ford. I was put on the line with John who had a pleasant phone voice (meaning he didn’t sound rushed or irritated) who assured me I was making the right decision and promptly scheduled me an appointment. He also asked a crucial question...were any of the lights blinking (I had two warning lights on). I told him no and he said that was a good thing which set my mind at ease and taught me something about my car. I met with John and requested an oil change, he told me that it was covered in my plan to get three free plus a tire rotation. I called and left a voicemail which was promptly return and when they figured out the issue John called to tell me and gave me an estimated time of completion. He had taken the liberty of washing my car as well. THIS is a perfect example to show why I bought a new car, and why I bought a FORD. Thanks John! -Ericka P More
