Not a lot of integrity there I came in for an oil change under maintenance plan and need brakes. Dealer Maybe - Ford NO Bought my Focus new in 2012. Have performed routine maintenance on schedule. 3 years and 60K miles later they entire fuel system and gas tank had to Bought my Focus new in 2012. Have performed routine maintenance on schedule. 3 years and 60K miles later they entire fuel system and gas tank had to be replaced and Ford covered ZERO. $3000+ for that one. Over the Past 2 weeks I’ve spent another $2200 for purge valve and new catalytic converter (and again, Ford offered to do nothing). This was my first, and will be my last Ford. Cudos to Andrew for going to bat for me and trying to do the right thing, but your hands were tied. This is why we have two Toyota’s and a Honda in our driveway! More

He also listened when I asked him NOT to wash my car as I prefer to handwash it. The minor issue with my car was fixed the first time and my service was completed successfully in a timely manor. He also guided me to the checkout desk to complete the deal. More
