But you expect a loaner car when you bring in a 2.5 year old fully warrantied $50k car in for service. Took two visits first one three days , no loaner on warrantied repairs. Went back for completion of work and new brake issue asked for loaner if work would be more than two hours. No loaner and it took over four hours of me waiting. Also, no Lincoln customer lounge. I'm used to Volvo and Lexus service, I thought Lincoln would compare but it might as well of been a Walmart waiting area with exception of some free snacks and a broken coffee machine. So my biggest question will be to purchase an extended warranty from Lincoln or a cheaper equivalent when the time comes. Why pay a premium price warranty from a Lincoln dealer with sub-par amenities? More

He helped me sort out what to do about insurance, the steps I needed to take in order to have insurance cover my costs and was so friendly and helpful that it turned a stressful and difficult situation into one easily managed. I take my car to Palmetto Ford Lincoln often and have never had a negative experience. The entire staff, that I've worked with, are helpful and knowledgeable. My car is always serviced in a reasonable amount of time and returned to me with excellent care. A follow-up call to check-in is another great point of customer service. I highly recommend Palmetto Ford Lincoln. More

Bob is AWESOME! Brought my car in for 60k checkup and brakes. Originally bob said my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. After I told him that I desperately needed my car that same day he ended up having one of the mechanics stay late with him so that I would be able to get my car back the same day. He went above and beyond to help me and because of that I will always be bringing my ford in for service going forward. More
Personable employees.... good technicians I have only 2 problems... 1. It took an entire day and a half to have my vehicle looked at. UNACCEPTABLE 2. No loaner car... had to get a rental I was visiting on vacation and it was really a hassle having to keep calling to ascertain what was going on. In Pittsburgh this is frowned upon. They had my vehicle for 3 days for a 1 day fix. That being said Greg, my service rep, was personable and easy and eager to help but the dealership needs to be way quicker... especially for a visitor.... 3 days is a long time to keep a vehicle but I would refer to friends because they were efficient once they got to it . I do want to reiterate that the service rep Greg and the unknown technician were excellent !! More

Only negative I have for the service department is the cleanliness of their waiting room and upkeep of the snack bar and restrooms, which were broken- empty- or disgusting. More
