Everyone involved treated me like family and made sure I purchased a vehicle I was happy with and within my budget. They have a huge selection of F150's on the lot and were able to satisfy my picky preferences at a price I could afford. The sales person asked a few questions about what we were looking for and what our preferences were and then suggested a vehicle that matched those interests. Our sales person, Tom Slawson, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and exceptionally easy to deal with. He answered all our questions and accompanied us on a test drive that enabled us to really get the feel for the vehicle. He offered us other options, some we were interested in some not, but we were glad to know about them. When we went in to the finance manager's office, it was an efficient and complete process that left us feeling comfortable with the deal we had made. Overall it was an excellent and enjoyable experience. Tom Slawson is an asset to Palmetto Ford! More
